So it's time to upload your old sigs again, if you haven't done so already. I can't figure out if the slow rate of signups on the new uploader means no one was using the service after all, even though there were tons of signups on the old uploader, or if no one has noticed their sig images are gone. ;)

WARNING:

All user accounts are gone. Erased. Went bye-bye. This step was explained in an email that was sent out to all users to the email account you used to sign up with originally, and was posted on the uploader site's Administrator Comments section. All images already in the uploader have been saved in their original location, but will be deleted by the end of the year. Create your new account now and up your image again to your new account.

This new version of the uploader allows users to create folders for their images, and to rename and delete their files.
